RayLab is an application that provides a comprehensive suite of tools for the design and simulation of optics. With its extensive features, it appeals to both learners and professionals in the field.

The basic version of RayLab offers users a wide range of capabilities:

 <li>Calculation of key parameters such as Front Focal Length, Back Focal Length, and Principle Surface</li>

The upgraded version, RayLab Pro, takes the functionality even further with an array of advanced features:
<ul>
 <li>3D modeling for a more comprehensive representation of optical systems</li>
 <li>Inclusion of advanced optical elements such as Lens Arrays, Diffraction Gratings, Prisms, and Fresnel Lenses</li>
 <li>Polarization Ray Tracing capability to analyze light polarization</li>
 <li>Ray Splitting / Beam Splitter model for more complex simulations</li>
 <li>Multi-Configuration Manager and animation functionality for exploring different design scenarios</li>
 <li>Ability to perform optimizations of design parameters for improved performance</li>
 <li>Ray Transfer Matrix calculation for precise analysis</li>
 <li>Inclusion of various commercial glass catalogs for accurate material selection</li>
 <li>Zemax Importer for seamless integration with existing designs</li>
 <li>Multiple Analysis Windows, including Fan Ray Diagram, Wavefront Error Plot, Grid Distortion Plot, Spot Diagram, Chromatic Aberration, Gaussian Spot Size, and Polarization Analyzer</li>
</ul>

The upgraded version can be obtained through in-app purchases of various modules or as a comprehensive subscription package.

If you opt for the subscription, you'll enjoy a 7-day free trial period. Please note that the subscription will automatically commence at the end of the trial period, with payment charged to your iTunes Account.

 <li>Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.</li>
 <li>Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same monthly price as the original subscription.</li>
 <li>You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.</li>
 <li>Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during an active subscription period.</li>
